Frequently Asked Questions

 

1.  Can I order samples?

Yes, hard copy samples can be sent upon request.  For a standard sample the charge is $5 per design plus shipping.  For a wedding ensemble sample, there is a $8 fee per design plus shipping.  The sample will be taken from our stock and may not reflect your text and personal customizations.

2.  Will I receive a proof of my design?

All orders include free electronic proofs. If you require a hard copy proof, we will be happy to send one per order free of charge. All subsequent proofs generated by customer changes or simply a request for extra hard copies will be billed at a fee of $8 plus shipping per additional proof. We will not charge for additional proofs if the changes required are due to our error. Our standard turnaround is 48 hours to prepare your design for hard copy proof.

3.  Can I place an order via the website?

In addition to contacting us via phone, email and in person, you may place an order request via our web site.  This will provide us with detailed specifications regarding your stationery and will allow us to provide you with an accurate proof.  Within 48 hours of placing your order request, we will provide you with an electronic proof posted to a secure online portfolio.  Payment is not requested until the proof is finalized and approved.

5.  What paper types do you offer?

Our standard paper is an 80# heavy weight cover stock available in crest (smooth), linen or felt texture.  If you desire an extra-heavy weight paper, we offer 130# cover stock as an upgrade.  The upgrade charge is $.20 per piece.  Our standard photo paper is a 260 gsm  heavy-weight satin photo stock.

6.  What is your standard turn-around time for an order?

Orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.  If you require faster service, rush orders are available for a fee of $20 for standard orders.  For wedding ensemble orders, rush fees will be assessed at 10% of your total order.

7.  What if I need more invitations than I expected?

If you need to add to your order once it has shipped, there will be a reprint fee of $15 imposed on all reprints with a quantity of less than 15 pieces. There will also be a turn-around time of 5 to 7 days as with all standard orders.

8.  Do you offer a "stuff and send" service?

Unfortunately, we can no longer offer "stuff and send" services. All orders will be shipped directly to the client.
