Placing an Order
We will
work closely with you to insure your design is created
exactly to your specifications. If a
desired customization is not listed for your selected
design, feel free to inquire and we will let you know if
we can accommodate your request.
The following is a brief explanation of our ordering
process:
Step 1:
You may contact us via phone,
web order request
or email to place your order. Please indicate
the product number, any customizations that you would
like and the text exactly as you would like it to appear
on your stationery.

Step 2:
Within 48 hours, we will
provide you with an electronic proof via a password
protected electronic portfolio on our website.
A full invoice for your order will also be provided.
You may complete your order by paying your invoice with
a credit card via a secure online PayPal payment or by a
check mailed to our business address.
Note: Due to differences in computer
monitors, colors on screen may differ slightly from
those on your actual stationery. If you are
concerned about specific colors in your design, you may
request a hard copy proof.
Step 3: Orders will ship within 5-7 business
days of final proof approval and payment receipt. All designs include matching envelopes
(except postcards) and are sent fully
assembled. Due to the nature of wedding ensemble orders,
longer production time is required; wedding orders ship
within 3-4 weeks of final proof approval.
Rush orders are available for
a fee of $20 for standard
orders. For wedding ensemble orders, rush fees are
10% of your total order. Contact us for further details.

Payment
& Shipping
Payment in full is required at the time of
final proof approval and your order will not be shipped
until payment is received. Checks may be made out

Notification that your order has been shipped will be
sent via email. The following table displays our
shipping & handling charges based on the value of your
order and shipping method chosen. Our default
shipping method is USPS Priority Mail; if you require a
different method, please let us know when you place your
order.

Cancellation & Returns
Although we work as quickly as possible to process
orders, it is possible to cancel an order if the item
has not yet been printed. Contact us immediately
if you need to cancel your order. We will issue a
refund, if you make your request prior to printing, for
the total amount of your order less the 30% deposit,
costs of proofs already provided, cost of envelopes if
shipped early and any other associated costs.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after items
have been printed.
As is the nature of the printing business, occasionally
an order must go back to press. Although it would
be highly unusual, if an order were produced incorrectly
by In the Details and not according to your final
approved proof, priority press time and expedited
shipping will be used for reprints. If an order
requires reprinting for circumstances out of our
control, we will make our best effort to reprint your
order at the highest priority level possible. All
costs incurred during reprint will be the client's
responsibility.
We take great pride in each detail of every product we
offer. Please contact us if you are not happy with
your product for any reason and we will work hard to
ensure that you are 100% satisfied.

Disclaimers
We reserve the right to use the images of your
stationery and any wording contained therein on our
website and printed material when you place an order
with In the Details.
When placing an order with In the Details, you accept
that we may label the reverse side of any item created
by us in any manner we choose, stating that it was
created by In the Details.
No item shown on our website may be downloaded, copied
or otherwise reproduced by any means.
The legal rights of photographers are always
respected by In the Details. It is UNLAWFUL
for us to reproduce images that are copyrighted without
the express written permission of the person or entity
that created the original work. If you have a
copyrighted image, please contact the photographer to
request a signed copyright release; once provided, we
will keep this for our files. If you choose to
scan your professionally taken images on your own, you
are assuming the legal risk for violating any copyright.
By submitting these images to us, you agree to assume
full responsibility if any conflicts arise with the
photographer.
(Copyright Indemnification) Purchaser agrees to hold
harmless In the Details for all costs, expenses,
attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any
copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.
By placing an order with In the Details, you agree
that we shall not be liable for any direct,
consequential, or incidental damages arising pursuant to
any aspect of your order or the content of the
information contained therein.
