Holiday 2010 Policies

In order to ensure the best customer service in this busy season, In the Details Stationery has implemented the following policies for all holiday orders:

1)   In order to qualify for our early bird special, your order must be finalized by November 15th.

2)   All orders must be finalized by December 10th.  Orders that have been started prior to this date but not finalized will incur a 15% surcharge on the total order.  New orders may be accepted after this date at our discretion; all new orders will incur a 15% surcharge rush fee.

4)   Most orders will ship within 5-7 business days of final proof approval and payment receipt.  All designs include matching envelopes and are sent fully assembled.

NOTE: An order is considered finalized once the final hard copy proof has been approved and the order balance has been paid in full.
